Overview
If your driver's status or timestamps are automatically updating to the next move, it's likely caused by the geofence settings on the driver’s app.
Why This Happens
When a driver is tracked outside of a geofenced area for more than 5 minutes, the system assumes the driver has moved on and updates their status to “Enroute” for the next move in the trip.
How to Fix It
To prevent premature auto-updates:
Go to Organizations > Organizations
Open the Terminal profile.
Click on the Geofence tab.
Use the shape icon to expand the geofenced region.
Save your changes.
This adjustment will help the system recognize the correct driver location and avoid status changes before intended.
