Destination ETA Not Working

Overview

If the Destination ETA is not populating on a load, it may be due to how the driver status is being updated.


Why This Happens

The system calculates ETA based on the moment the driver taps the “En Route” button in the driver app. If dispatch manually sets the status instead, the system will not have a starting point to calculate ETA.


How to Fix It

Ensure that the driver is:

  1. Using the mobile app

  2. Tapping “En Route” when beginning the move

If the driver forgets, they can manually update their timestamps inside the app to trigger the ETA logic.
