If you have enhanced container tracking and our system did not pull a TIR after a container was outgated or ingated, use the steps below to troubleshoot.
1. Check that the routing of the load has the correct ingate or outgate locations.
2. Review Load Info to verify that Ingate Date and Outgate Date are populated under Dates.
3. Go to Settings - Container Tracking to check that your credentials are connected for the port / rail.
4. Check the port / rail website to validate that a TIR exists.
If all of the above is validated, please reach out to our support team and your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
