Street Turn: Export Load Pending Status & Missing Tariff

Modified on Sat, 28 Jun at 12:28 PM

Covers why export street turn loads show as pending and why tariffs may disappear on export street turn loads.

Details

Why is my street turn export load showing as “Pending” instead of “Available”?

Street turn export moves are placed in pending status because they can be pre-planned—meaning the container from the import leg may not yet be empty or technically available.
Once the container is emptied and available, the export load status can be manually changed to “Available.”

Why did my customer tariff disappear from the export load on a street turn?

If a tariff is missing on the export portion of a street turn, verify the following:

  • Ensure the tariff does not use the condition:

    • “All Customers”

    • or “Any Return Location”

These generic conditions are invalid for street turns because the return location is removed when a street turn is performed.
