How to Upload and Manage Documents in the Driver App

Overview

Drivers can easily manage required delivery documents directly within the PortPro Driver App. This includes uploading PODs, TIRs, BOLs, and other essential paperwork during or after a move.


Proof of Delivery (POD) Submission

Triggering the POD Prompt

  • Once a driver taps “Arrived at Deliver Container”, a Sign Proof of Delivery screen appears.

  • For live unloads, if the driver needs time to obtain a signature, they can tap “Skip” and return later to submit the POD.



Signing the POD

  1. Tap Sign under the “Proof of Delivery” section in the Documents tab. 

  2. On the signature screen:

    • Sign in the “Sign Anywhere” box.

    • Update arrival/departure timestamps if needed.

    • Tap Apply to submit.





Uploading Additional Documents

Drivers can upload documents at any point during a move:

  1. Scroll to the Documents section of the load.

  2. Tap either:

    • Take Picture to use your phone’s camera.

    • Upload to select a saved file or image.

  3. Select the appropriate document type from the list (e.g., Bill of Lading, TIR, Rate Confirmation).

  4. Tap Continue to finalize the upload.




 Use the “Other” category if your document type isn’t listed.

Ensuring timely and accurate documentation:

  • Keeps dispatchers informed.

  • Reduces billing delays.
