How to use colors on your dispatch board

You can customize the color of loads on your dispatch board to denote various statuses that will help you identify loads to action on quicker. Those used to coloring loads on a spreadsheet for various reasons will enjoy this feature, as it mimics thats functionality.

Tip: Please note that this feature is user specific and will not be set for the entire system. Each user can and will need to customize their own preferences for dispatch board colors.

1. Click "Settings" then "Dispatch Color Settings."

2. Click the corresponding box for the status you would like to choose a color for. In this example we will change the color for a container that is "Pending" or "Available."

3. When clicking the box a color selection tool, which includes the option to use an HTML hex code, or just choose the color will pop out from the box.

4. Once you have customized the colors to your liking, click "Save Changes" in the upper right hand corner and then you will see this reflected on your dispatch board.
