1. In Settings, go to Finance category for Quickbooks Settings.
2. Click "Quickbooks ID"
3. Click "Customers"
4. Click on the pencil icon next to the customer's name
5. Reset the ID number and click on "I'm Sure"
6. Go to "Accounts Receivable"
7. Go to "Problem Sync"
8. Resync your problem invoice. The system will create a new customer with a new ID that will populate a new customer in QBO.
You can also open the customer profile in QB, then in the URL there is a 'nameId=xyz' showing a number at the end of this, which can be copied into PortPro's Quickbooks ID for the Customer.
