When syncing invoices from PortPro to QuickBooks Online (QBO), users may encounter certain common error messages. Below is a list of these messages and how to troubleshoot them.
Common Error Messages
QB is not connected
The customer is not synced to QB
The charge codes aren’t synced
The customer was changed inside of the load
The load was manually created in QB with that same load number
Troubleshooting: QB is Not Connected
What It Means
QuickBooks Online can automatically disconnect from PortPro due to enhanced security protocols built into the integration.
How to Reconnect
Go to Customers > Customer Profiles.
In the top right corner of the customer profile, look for the ‘Connect to QB’ button.
If the integration is active, the button will say ‘Disconnect from QB’.
If it still says ‘Connect to QB’, click it to re-authenticate the connection.
