Quickbooks Settings
To get to your Quickbooks related configuration options, you will first navigate to the Finance category under Settings.

Here you will see the various options available in terms of what you want synced over at both a high level and some layer of granularity.

Problem Sync

In the "Quickbooks ID" area of these settings, you can remove a QB ID if need be to attempt a re-sync or manually override an ID. Our suggestion would be to consult our team before taking action in this area as incorrectly removing an ID could break the sync between the systems for that item.

The "Custom Mapping" area of the settings has been enhanced to now include optional fields within Description area of Quickbooks, for a combined invoice or invoice with multiple charge sets.

Invoices, in particular, have some additional functionality to either clear an invoice from "Invoices" with no sync over attempt to Quickbooks or the ability to move the invoice to paid status without a sync. The latter comes in handy when action was taken outside of the system like payments being applied directly in Quickbooks.
