Explains why the distance shown in the driver app may differ from the distance shown in the routing tab.
Details
The distance displayed in the driver app represents the driver’s current real-time location to the next destination. As the driver moves and the active loads page is refreshed, this distance will update dynamically to reflect the new starting point.
In contrast, the Routing tab distance is calculated based on static points (e.g., origin to destination as planned), and it does not change with driver movement.
This variance is expected and does not indicate an issue.
