Overview

You can automatically insert load-specific information into the subject line of invoice emails. This helps ensure customers quickly recognize the invoice contents at a glance.

How It Works

To configure dynamic subject lines:

Go to Settings > System Generated Emails > Configuration
In the Email Subject field, use the @ symbol to reference available dynamic fields (e.g., @Container#@).

These placeholders will be replaced with the actual load values when the invoice email is sent.
For example:

Subject line: Container @Container#@
Result: Container TEMU1234567

Note: The placeholder only inserts the value. Be sure to include a label (like "Container") for clarity.
