Setup Instructions

Navigate to Email Settings

Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar
Go to System Generated Emails > Configuration

Edit the Email Subject Field
- In the Email Subject field, type @ to display a list of dynamic data fields
- Example: Use @ContainerNo@ to insert the container number into the subject line
Label Fields Clearly
- Combine a descriptive label with the dynamic field for clarity
- Example: Use Container @ContainerNo@ so recipients understand what the number refers to
Save Changes
- Click the Save Changes button to apply the updated subject line configuration

Fields will only populate if the corresponding data exists in the load
Ensure template labels are human-readable to maintain clarity
