How Advanced Conditions Work
Each condition is made up of three parts:
Load Parameter – The specific attribute of the load to evaluate.
Condition Type – The logic used to match values. Options:
Any in – Rule applies if any of the selected values match.
Not in – Rule applies if none of the selected values match.
Values – The values to compare against. These vary depending on the load parameter.
When creating multiple rules, and a load must match all rules (logical AND) for the Charge Profile to apply.
Available Load Parameters and Definitions
Below is a list of the 33 available Load Parameters, along with a brief description of each:
Load Parameter | Definition |

Load Type | Type of load selected. |
Customer | The customer associated with the load. |
Port | Pickup location for the load. |
Consignee | Delivery location of the load. |
Chassis Pick Up | Chassis pick-up location in routing. |
Container Return | Container return location. |
Chassis Term | Chassis termination location. |
Container Type | Type of container used. |
Container Size | Size of the container. |
Container Owner | Owner of the container. |
Chassis Type | Type of chassis used. |
Chassis Size | Size of the chassis. |
Chassis Owner | Owner of the chassis. |
Terminal | Terminal to which the load belongs. |
Commodity Profile | Commodity type in the container. |
Commodities - Weight | Weight of the commodity (uses different condition logic). |
Hot | Indicates if the load is marked as "hot". |
Hazmat | Indicates if the load is hazardous. |
Reefer | Indicates if the load is refrigerated. |
Liquor | Indicates if the load contains alcohol. |
City-State | Combination of city and state for the delivery location. |
State | State of the delivery location. |
Delivery Day | Day of the delivery (from time-in). |
Delivery Time (24 Hours) | Hour of the delivery (24-hour format). |
City Groups | Groups of cities the delivery location may belong to. |
Overweight | Indicates if the load is marked as overweight. |
Drop Location | Drop container or lift-off event location. |
Dropped | Refers to container drop timing. |
Genset | Indicates if the load requires a genset. |
CSR | CSR (Customer Service Rep) assigned to the load. |
Stopoff | Type of stopoff selected in routing. |
Delivery Country | Country of the delivery location. |
Postal/Zip Code Group | Group the postal or ZIP code belongs to. |
Best Practices
Use specific parameters when targeting particular load types or customers.
Combine multiple rules to create fine-grained conditions.
Always validate the condition logic aligns with pricing or operational goals.
