  4. Charge Set – collects the resulting charges for a specific Bill To

What is a Charge Set?

A Charge Set is a collection of charges intended to be invoiced to a single Bill To party. It groups together all billable items associated with a load that are destined for one invoicing entity.

  • Each charge set is tied to one Bill To contact.

  • A single load can contain multiple charge sets, each corresponding to a different payer.

  • Charge sets are populated based on predefined rules or added manually as needed.
