Configuring Invoice Address, Logo, and Footer

To ensure that invoices reflect accurate business information and consistent branding, the company address, logo, and footer content can be modified through the system’s configuration settings.

Follow these steps to make the necessary updates:

1. Navigate to Settings > Document Designer
   

2. Update the Address to ensure that the correct information appears on documents.
   

3. To Customize the Invoice Navigate to Designer

4. Select the Branch and Document Type > Invoice or Combine Invoice
    

5. Upload a logo or update the address to ensure all Branch invoices reflect current branding and accurate company information. Upload a Logo or Modify the Address to reflect current branding.
   
   
   

6. Update the Footer content as needed—for example, to include legal disclaimers, contact information, or payment instructions.

7. Click Save As New Configuration to apply and confirm the changes.
   

These updates will be reflected on all future invoices generated through the platform.
