Adjusting the Invoice Email Sender’s Name and Email Body

To personalize and manage outgoing emails, adjustments to the sender’s name and the email body content can be made through the system settings. This ensures that communications reflect the desired branding and messaging tone.

Follow these steps to update the email sender details and content:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email Configuration.

  2. Edit the Sender’s Name field to specify the name that recipients will see as the email sender.

    • To modify the Sender’s Name field and specify the name displayed to email recipients, the associated email address must be a valid address linked to a verified custom domain. To connect a custom domain and associate an email address, please contact Customer Support for assistance with setting up email on a paid private domain.

  3. Customize the Email Subject 

    • Enter a subject line that reflects the desired tone, branding, or purpose (e.g., “Invoice from [Company Name]” or “Payment Details for Recent Services”).

    • To customize the Email Subject or Body content to fit specific communication needs, see the tag reference guide for a list of available custom tags: Tags Used in Automated System-Generated Emails

  4. Customize the Email Body content to tailor the message according to specific communication requirements.

  5. After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply and activate the updates.




These changes will take effect immediately and will be used for all subsequent emails sent through the platform.
