Why is the customer on the Dispatcher board displayed in red?

On the Dispatcher board, a customer’s name appears in red when a broker hold is active at the terminal or rail. A broker hold indicates that a Pier Pass or TMF fee is outstanding and must be paid before the container can be out-gated.
