Invoice Email Record

To find a record of when invoice emails were sent, enable the "Last Email Sent" column in Accounts Receivable - Billing or Invoices view using the button to the right of Filter:

This will show a time stamp of when the invoice was sent out. If your client is not seeing the invoice email, have them check spam and if they still can't find it, reach out to our support team.
