Why is PortPro Securing Appointments when the Container is on the Vessel or on Hold?

If automated appointments are booking appointments for your containers that are still on the vessel or on a hold, this is due to terminal settings where they allow appointments to be booked even while the container is in these statuses.


To disable this in PortPro, here is the setting to control this in Settings - Container Tracking:

If toggled on, your containers CAN get appointments even if the container is on hold. If toggled off, containers will NOT be able to secure an appointment if the container is on hold.
