Embedded Email Inbox settings control the enhanced functionality of email if subscribed to our Silver or Gold tier. An overview is here:

From settings, the connected Company Mailboxes, whether indivudal or shared, can be viewed or added.

Tags allows for customized tag names and shows defaults tags such as Quote, Tender, Load, etc. Tag colors can be set to easily distinguish between emails.

Rules provides a way to auto-assign emails to internal users or tags and SLA time clocks to emails. Here is an example where an SLA for a VIP client is to respond to any email within 30 minutes. The Organization rule is used, and this can be even more specific down to the people (user sending in an email / client) or the tag type (email about a tender versus load status inquiry).
