Overview
If a cut-off or per diem date is missing from a load on the Load Board, there are a few common setup issues that may be causing it.
Troubleshooting Steps
If a cut / per diem date is not populating:
Ensure the relevant dates are configured under Settings > Equipment > Container for the SSL.
Verify that the load has all of the following fields filled out:
Container Size
Container Type
SSL
Without these three fields completed, the system cannot match the load to the correct container settings to populate the cut or per diem dates.
