Overview
If routing dates appear mismatched between the broker portal and the carrier portal, this is most often caused by time zone differences between the two systems.
What Causes the Mismatch?
Routing timestamps are recorded in the system’s configured time zone.
If the broker and carrier are in different time zones, a load scheduled near midnight (12:00 AM) may reflect a different calendar day depending on the local time setting.
Best Practices
Avoid setting appointments or routing times exactly at 12:00 AM, unless you are certain of both systems’ time zones.
Encourage carriers to double-check the event time and day in their own local system before dispatching.
