Why is Tracking not retrieving driver data?

Driver data may not appear on the Tracking page or the Tracking tab within a load due to the following reasons:

  • The driver is offline or has a weak network connection.

  • GPS location services are disabled on the driver’s device.

  • Background location permissions are not enabled, preventing the app from reporting location data when the phone is locked or the app is running in the background.
