Each free portal supports a single 1-to-1 connection, allowing carriers to receive and accept load tenders, send real-time updates, automate invoicing, and track customer payments—all in one place.
Limitations of the Free Portal
Carriers using the free portal cannot connect with multiple brokers from a single account. To manage loads from various customers, they would need separate logins for each connection.
