What does the ‘User Not Found’ error mean?
This error appears when the username entered during login does not match any registered driver account in the PortPro system.
How can I fix this?
Double-check the username
Make sure the driver is entering their exact username or email with no typos or extra spaces.
Autofill or copy/paste can sometimes add hidden characters.
Verify the username in PortPro
Go to Drivers > Driver Profile.
Confirm the correct username under the ‘Username’ field.
What if the password is wrong instead?
If the system says “Password is Incorrect” (instead of “User Not Found”), the username is correct but the password is wrong.
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to reset it.
